Founded on experience

A journey of compassion, expertise, and transformative care

With thirteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, our founder’s journey began as a carer, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference. This foundation of compassion and expertise grew through various roles, including direct care, coordinating support services, and training future support workers.

Today, as the CEO of Educate Future Healthcare Services, this extensive experience ensures the highest standard of personalised care for each client.

Our founder

Meet Duc Huy Bui, Founder of Educate Future Healthcare Services.

Duc Huy Bui, originally from the vibrant city of Hai Phong, Vietnam, has been a transformative presence in the healthcare landscape of Cabramatta, New South Wales, Australia. His journey in healthcare began in roles that emphasised hands-on care and support—working as a Care Service Employee, Care Supervisor, Workplace Trainer & Assessor, WHS Committee Member. Currently, he serves as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Weeroona Aged Care Centre (The Salvation Army), where he continues his dedication to providing exceptional care for those in need.

Over the course of 14 years, Huy’s deep commitment to compassionate service has driven his rise through the ranks. His journey has included roles as a workplace trainer and assessor, where he imparts critical skills and knowledge to the next generation of healthcare professionals. His leadership has even seen him assume the prestigious role of CEO in multiple healthcare facilities, exemplifying his industry knowledge and dedication to high standards of care.

In addition to his administrative and leadership roles, Huy is also a passionate educator. He currently teaches a variety of courses in colleges and higher education institutions, including Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, Certificate IV in Disability, and the Diploma of Community Services, among many others. His dedication to education highlights his commitment to advancing healthcare standards and supporting future healthcare professionals.

Beyond his current roles, Huy is actively pursuing further studies, including a PhD in Migration Studies in the USA and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). These studies, both currently in progress, reflect his dedication to understanding and contributing to the field of migration.
