Before booking your appointment, please ensure you understand the essential requirements. Meeting these conditions will allow your documents to be processed without interruption.
You must present the original physical document at your appointment.
We are unable to certify copies from electronic versions, including scanned files or images displayed on a mobile phone.
Failure to provide the original document will result in your request being unable to proceed.
If your document requires a witnessed signature (such as a statutory declaration), it must be signed in front of the Justice of the Peace.
Documents that have already been signed cannot be witnessed. A new, unsigned copy must be provided.
