Original Documents Required

You must present the original physical document at your appointment.

We are unable to certify copies from electronic versions, including scanned files or images displayed on a mobile phone.

Failure to provide the original document will result in your request being unable to proceed.

Sign in the Presence of the JP

If your document requires a witnessed signature (such as a statutory declaration), it must be signed in front of the Justice of the Peace.

Documents that have already been signed cannot be witnessed. A new, unsigned copy must be provided.

Valid Photo Identification
