About the Active Heroes Outdoor Event
The Active Heroes Outdoor Event 2025 is proudly hosted by EFHS (Educate Future Healthcare Services) in collaboration with St. Merkorious Charity. This fun-filled community sports day is designed to help children stay active, build confidence, and connect with new friends—while families enjoy a vibrant outdoor festival atmosphere. This outdoor program encourages children aged 4.5–18 years to participate in physical activities, develop teamwork, and engage with their local community.
Children with disabilities are warmly welcome to attend with their family, guardian, or support worker. Parents can redeem their Service NSW Active Kids Voucher at the event or pay the $50 entry fee.
Event Highlights
A full morning of exciting sports and friendly competitions awaits all participants:
1. Sports Rotation Stations
Kids can rotate through various sports and challenge stations, including:

Races Activity (Three-Legged Race, Egg & Spoon Challenge, Sack Race, Relay Games)
These activities are designed to promote movement, teamwork, and active fun.
2. Community BBQ & Raffle Prize

Families across Strathfield and surrounding suburbs are invited to join the Active Heroes Outdoor Event 2025, a fun and inclusive community sports day for children aged 4.5–18 years. Children with disabilities are also warmly welcome to participate with their parent, guardian, or support worker.
This event offers an exciting mix of sports stations, outdoor challenges, community bonding, and a special guest appearance by NRL star Alex Twal. Kids will enjoy staying active, building confidence, developing teamwork skills, and connecting with new friends—while parents have the option to redeem their Service NSW Active Kids Voucher or pay the $50 entry fee.
